Trinity Fidelity Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.thehenapp.com or use our web-based software, HEN (collectively, the "Service").
We provide HEN exclusively to users located within the United States. By accessing or using HEN, you verify that you are in the United States and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Strict 18+ Registration Policy: HEN allows for the creation of accounts only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data/registration from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that a registered user is under 18, we will immediately delete their account and associated data.
Browsing by Minors: Individuals under the age of 18 may visit and browse the public-facing aspects of our website but are strictly prohibited from registering, making purchases, or uploading content to HEN.
We collect information that can be used to identify you, including your name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
Identity Verification Data: For fraud prevention and platform safety, we require users to upload a government-issued photo identification. The User acknowledges and accepts that the image of your ID is immediately and permanently deleted after this processing. Only data required for successful verification is extracted, and only an encrypted unique code (hash) is retained.
We collect data related to your transactions, including offer amounts, contract terms, and fees paid. We do not store your full credit card number or bank account information. All financial data required for payment processing is collected and handled exclusively by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
We automatically collect data when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you visit.
We use your information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
Enforce the Terms of Service, including the age and geographic restrictions.
Prevent scam, fraud, and abuse by using the retained ID hash to prevent the creation of duplicate accounts.
Process transactions and send related communications (invoices, receipts).
We do not sell Personal Identification Data (PID) to third parties for monetary consideration.
We share data with third parties necessary to provide the Service, including:
Stripe: For payment processing and verification.
DocuSign: For contract signing and execution.
Third-Party Embeds: Such as Spotify or SoundCloud, for displaying User-uploaded content.
Legal Compliance: When legally required (e.g., subpoenas, court orders).
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information, including SSL/HTTPS encryption for data in transit and encryption for sensitive data at rest.
The User acknowledges and accepts that because the Service is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), standard enterprise-grade security protocols may not yet be fully implemented or operational. While we exercise diligent efforts to safeguard data stability, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Security Incident: In the event of a security incident or data breach, Trinity Fidelity Inc. will comply with all applicable United States and California state laws regarding timely notification to affected parties.
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
The ID Hash Exception: The encrypted ID hash is retained indefinitely, even after account deletion, solely for the purpose of preventing fraud and enforcing permanent platform bans, as detailed in the Terms of Service.
As a California resident, you have the following rights concerning your Personal Information:
Right to Know: The right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Delete: The right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., the retained ID hash for fraud prevention).
Right to Opt-Out (Do Not Sell/Share): We allow third-party advertising partners to use tracking pixels, which constitutes "Sharing" under CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information. We will recognize and respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request.
Response Times: Trinity Fidelity Inc. commits to acknowledging receipt of a verifiable consumer request within ten (10) business days and responding to the request within forty-five (45) calendar days.
